The best thing that happened this week
I haven't shared this yet, but I'm creating an iPhone app as a side project, and this week I've been making some pretty good progress. I'm not yet ready to share what the app is about since I'm very much still figuring things out. More on that in the coming weeks I hope! Fingers crossed I get through App Review without too much trouble...
Playing
Believe it or not, but I haven't played Diablo II before. That is, until I recently picked it up on Steam Deck and ooooh boy, the learning curve is real. I'm still in the very early stages of the game, just at the end of Act 1 (level 14!) but it's very good so far.
Listening
I've been a long time fan of Josh Ritter who just released his new song One More River To Cross. I've also been enjoying RAYE and obviously more Arctic Monkeys.
Other than that, I really needed to catch up on my podcast backlog.
Random things
- My daughter contracted chickenpox this week which is a bit of a bummer since she just recovered from her fall.
- I'm still on my going to the office every week streak but it will come to an end next week.
- Sam, our corgi, is out playing with other dogs today at doggy daycare. He absolutely loves it there.
